Saturday, December 19, 2020 - Medium red color. On sour cherry notes, asian spices, a hint of tomato. Cool and airy with good lift. There’s herbs and garrigue as well, this is very local. A Chateauneuf from a great vintage, of course, but also a Chateauneuf that takes me back in time.
