Sunday, November 24, 2019 - Big hit of wood on opening. Dissipates with time. Sweet red fruits. But in a fresh way, not candied or boiled. Cherry. Strawberry. Cranberry. Touch of vosne spice. Silky tannins. Still an element of brambles on the finish. Light on its feet and ethereal. Cooling on the finish.
Enjoyable now, but I think this will integrate even more with a few more years in bottle.
