Sunday, July 30, 2023 - Decanted for one hour. Nose of black raspberry, blueberry, mocha, spice and crushed rock. Black and blue fruit, mocha, vanilla cream, spice, crushed rock and fine tannins on the palate. Waves of flavor leading to a very long finish. Excellent depth and balance. Full bodied. Drinking beautifully. Served with reverse seared filets and Béarnaise sauce.
