Wednesday, October 15, 2014 - Tasting the wines of Château De La Tour with François Labet: Sesame, poached pear, orange peel and a waxy note. I like the mouth-feel, there is power in the fruit but the structure and acid give it good balance. Will age over the short-medium term. Plenty to like about this wine.
