Monday, May 10, 2021 - En magnum. Effectively popped and poured and drunk over two hours. The wine would have greatly benefitted from decanting. Tart acidity, great minerality, lots of citrus and some apple. An outstanding food wine. In this format, it easily has another 10-15 years of great drinking ahead of it.
