Thursday, October 27, 2005 - 85% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark ruby colour. Nose of vanilla, black fruit, and cream. Medium-full bodied, with blackberry, cocoa, cherry, earth, and spice notes. Moderate finish, 30-35s, with sottobosco and cherry notes.
