Tuesday, June 2, 2020 - Ripe pineapples and melon with hints of honeysuckle and some rose water on the nose. This wine really held a great color and I was blown away by how well it aged. I had super low expectations and it surpassed them all. It has a little effervescence in the glass that faded after opening. Lots of honeydew melon and pineapple on the front end with a solid firm finish. Great mouth feel on this one not to much sugar, but a great representative Riesling.

Paired it with a spicy Chinese Chicken Salad with a spicy peanut dressing.
