Monday, March 26, 2018 - Drank with grass fed rib eye with Kapil and Joanna. Amazingly smooth and resolved. Slight tannins and very easy drinking. Definitely not as big as it had been, but that's why we cellar these babies. Here's to the last bottle stood the test of time.
