Drank with Thanksgiving dinner 2021. Pale straw yellow appearance. Citrus (lemon/lime), honeysuckle, slight petrol and flint on nose. Clean straight forward wine. Crisp apple, slight lime (liked someone else’s mention of key lime pie), just a slight hint of flint. I prefer more flinty ness in Chablis. Good, nothing wrong with it but not very exciting wine.

Orange / red “sunset” hue. Lime, watermelon, green grapes on the nose. Kiwi, melon (honeydew), crisp mineralogy lingering finish. Light acids. Drinks well, though not an everyday sipper.

Pale golden yellow with flinty nose. Drinking very well for its age. Mineral and pineapple maybe even a little mango. Tropical. Went very well with roast rack of pork as Easter dinner. Also paired well with first course of heirloom tomatoes and burrata.
