Community Tasting Note

Thursday, December 1, 2022 - Starting to decline; but still nice. The nose is purely tertiary - cooked red fruits, mushrooms, older leather and pencil lead. The palate is a bit fruitier - sour cherries and big over ripe strawberries join the aforementioned tertiary notes. Medium + body, low tannins (almost completely gone) but some acid is still around.

Drink now, and quickly!
