Saturday, January 15, 2022 - Decanted for one hour. Nose of blackberry, blueberry, currant, mocha, cedar and spice. Black and blue fruit, mocha, cedar, spice and fine tannins on the palate. Very long, layered finish. Full bodied. Served grilled Waygu and Gruyère burgers.
