Friday, March 11, 2016 - Needs about an hour to open up otherwise locked up tightly still. Once it does it is full of that Rocks Funk. Lots of meaty, gamey, olive tapenade overtones going on. Light on oak. Tannins are still pretty tight/refined. This will last for another fives years or more with proper cellaring.
