Sunday, November 18, 2018 - Poured through an aerator and decanted. Big nose of jammy fruits with a whiff of ETOH. Inky purple in hue. Full bodied and big. Jammy dark fruits and dark chocolate with hints of espresso. The alcohol is present but not overbearing. This wine could use a long decant. For a 10 y/o cab it is drinking pretty well at the moment but could go about another 10 years. I'm going to sit on my holdings to see where this goes.
