Thursday, May 19, 2022 - Trying a 2011 after recent Vinous retrospective. This was really impressive. Cherry liquor, cedar, plum and vanilla on the nose. Dark cherry, tobacco, plum and so.e pepper on the palate with a medium body. Perfectly integrated for me right now with a great long finish.

After an hour of air it's getting a bit sweet which I'm surprised with the vintage. Going to try again tomorrow.
