Wednesday, December 2, 2015 - 750ml PnP; clear pale yellow appearance; pear, ripe apple, and minerals on the nose; big flavors of pear, ripe apple, and honey (but not overly sweet). Great wet slate and limestone scents and flavors. Lemony acidity on the finish keep it going for the next sip. I had never had this wine before but now I am really interested in getting more and seeing them progress over time. Nice surprise!
