  750ml PnP; clear pale yellow appearance; pear, ripe apple, and minerals on the nose; big flavors of pear, ripe apple, and honey (but not overly sweet). Great wet slate and limestone scents and flavors. Lemony acidity on the finish keep it going for the next sip. I had never had this wine before but now I am really interested in getting more and seeing them progress over time. Nice surprise!

  Popped and poured. Nice clean nose of apple, pear, hints of mineral and white peach. On the palate lots of fruit, making it seem sweeter than it is, golden apple, pear, with hints of citrus peel. Long crisp finish to balance out the package very well.
