Monday, July 7, 2014 - We had this with grilled chicken on 7/7/14. It had a rich, pronounced bouquet of rhubarb, chalk and spice aromas. The palate was rich, round and seamless with good acidity…flavors of rhubarb, cherry, mineral, white pepper and spice.
