We had this with grilled chicken on 7/7/14. It had a rich, pronounced bouquet of rhubarb, chalk and spice aromas. The palate was rich, round and seamless with good acidity…flavors of rhubarb, cherry, mineral, white pepper and spice.

Peachy, rose-gold hue. Bracing, chalky and herbaceous nose with faint whiffs of mint (some ammonia too). A lean, crisp and mineral palate composed of tart apricot-cranberry. Acidic but not citrusy. Acerbic finish of astringent herbs and minerals.
