Monday, September 21, 2020 - Our last bottle....they've all been excellent and it was fun watching their evolution up to this point. For us, this particular wine peaked between 10-18 years of age. This last bottle seems to indicate to us that this wine has now firmly entered the late maturity stage, which is still excellent, just different - not as vibrant and youthful, but more mellow and 'earthy'. Still a joy to drink and should be for a few more years at least.
