Smell: Sweet nose of potpourri, clove, cement, hints of wild-fermented beers, figs, and a melange of dried red fruits.
Taste: cranberries, wild strawberries, orange rind, clove, with a lingering not of brown sugar.
Overall: Classic Musar...just in a beautiful spot. Light medium body, medium acidity, medium fruit, with a long finish. This is all elegance and poise that flutters across the palate like silk on a cool fall breeze. This is why Musar should be aged...
