Wednesday, December 15, 2021 - Drank over three hours and the flavors evolved and improved over time. Great essence of cedar, blueberries, currant, cigar box and tar. Layers of dried figs, currants, bing cherries and ripe figs. Wonderful mouthfeel and a long finish.
