Monday, June 29, 2015 - The wine was decanted for ca. 1 hour before drinking. The tannins are still tight in this wine, and regarding its age, it could be more fruity. I had also expected more aromas and flavors of ripe fruits to come to the fore. With medium tenderloin beefsteak, however, the wine was quite nice and stylish. At the end the wine opened and revealed some qualities that had not been present at first.

I would recommend either to store this for some time or to decant it for a much longer time than I did.
