Wednesday, May 15, 2019 - Acker Auction - May 2019 (Zuma in NYC): My only foray into the Burgundy table although I'll agree that it was enjoyable. If you are willing to spend large sums on burgundy turns out there are some great wines. This is a very dark red fruit - more like a currant or a fleshy red plum. Some spice and a hint of the woodsy. Tasty.
