Monday, May 14, 2018 - THIS is why we do it! Two for two with this one, last bottle in 2014 was a winner as well. This one is even kicking it up another notch. Rich wine here, with tons of well integrated wood spice and sulphur match strike reduction...golden yellow pitted fruits, green apple sautéed in butter, nice lemon citrus streak. Creamy with exotic honey and creme brûlée custard...layered, yet energized with the fresh acidity and crushed rocks ...white flower and honeysuckle, as well as that beautiful spice, intoxicate. Finish is long and persistent...couldn't ask for anything more from this wonderful bottle!
