Saturday, December 10, 2016 - Crisp, a bit closed, low aromatics; more subtle and clean, but nice concentration and purity. Not how I remember tasting it at Republique. Maybe needed to open up. At the least, this could use 1-2 years cellaring to develop a bit more. I feel good potential here.
