Wednesday, March 29, 2017 - Brezza Sarmassa and Some Bubbles (Ballaro): Hugely energetic and lively Champagne. Very clean flavors -- lots of green apple, mineral and zest. Bright and explosive in the mouth. Fun and easy drinking as a warm up.
