Friday, December 22, 2023 - Yellow gold colour. Looks oxidized. Intriguing but highly oxidative nose of walnuts, syrup, and star fruit. Same elements on the palate, with a bitter finish. This is drinking more like an orange wine. Interesting as an aperitif but won't work with most food. This is 2 out of 2 heavily oxidized bottles of this for me. Disappointed. Not rated given the oxidation.
