Saturday, June 6, 2015 - Tart and spicy red fruits with a hint of warm oak on the palate. Good acidity with a juicy mouthfeel and dry finish. Mostly dried cherry and baking spice flavors. A bit simple but very enjoyable and it paired well with a spicy tomato sauce.
