Sunday, April 8, 2018 - Chenin Blanc from 70+ old vines, 20 grams residual sugar, 24 months in barrels. 40 mg volcanique SO2.

Flowers, mint, field grass. Very fresh fragrance. Many dried dates, marmalade, slight grapefruit with almonds and spoon of honey. Bright flavoring sweetness is compensated by good acidity and great balance (no trace of 14 degrees), it is a very interesting experience. Independent digestive to be deep in thought.
