This bottle has reclaimed its fruit, opening up after several years of slumber, emerging from a cocoon to be more beautiful than it was before it shut down. It was clear immediately after the bottle was opened, as the first sip was brilliant: peach, stone, lemon cream and tarragon, all served up on a platter of Himalayan rock salt. Rich on the palate, but completely dry, the depth of flavor was a weighted blanket, comforting and serene.
