Friday, December 22, 2023 - Again this is really open, some VA, dark cherry fruit with a really good meaty core. The age hardly showed here, feels at 5-10 years younger. Lots of brawn and oomph; blood orange, cherries, tobacco, roses. With some air, it actually turned a more burgundian, with touch of earthy and soil, and everything came together well. I liked the 2nd half performance better than the 1st.
