Friday, December 8, 2006 - Light gold in color. Nose of peaches and pineapple with a hint of butterscotch. Full bodied, the fruit peaches and pineapple comes through in the mouth. The long buttery finish has a hint of minerality. This full malo chard is currently at peak maturity IMO.
