Saturday, September 9, 2023 - Powerful, tannic wine indeed.
Initially cranberry, cassis, dried herbs, oak and chocolate.
Developed into more leathery, chocolate and earthy notes with spicyness intensifying. Very robust, 15% alcohol. Needed a steak to pair with.
