Saturday, July 18, 2020 - We drank this over two nights. The first night, it was dominated by reductive match strike aromas. Still nice if you like that style. The sulfur faded quite a bit after a night sealed in the refrigerator. Crisp lemons, pears and minerals. If you have it, decant a while; it needs plenty of air, or maybe a copper penny.
