Thursday, January 21, 2016 - Light, bright yellow. Elegant, floral nose of peach, white flower, and spice. Stone fruit and spice flavors, with balanced acidity, alcohol, and residual sugar. Lightweight, crisp and refreshing, yet palate staining and rich. This is a gorgeous Spätlese.
