Friday, January 8, 2021 - PNP, anise, casis, pepper, and alcohol on the nose. Nice notes of anise, casis, blackberry, and pepper on the palate but you can taste every % point if the 15.8% alcohol. Would rate much higher if the alcohol wasn't so prevalent and the tannins weren't so present.
