Thursday, March 11, 2021 - lemon yellow color. drink straight after opening the bottle. great nose of green apple, pear, white flower, grapefruit, lemon, lime, honey and roasted sesame with beautiful reduction nose like gunflint, which is the familiar Coche flintness. Medium body with high concentration and super long finish. the mouthful joyful finish was in my mouth like forever.

very pure, fresh and full of energy, a little bit like roulot but not as linear as roulot. 2012 is still young and we didnt give it much time to breath. there was some tertiary flavours but not too much. great wine with a lot of potential.
