Wednesday, May 2, 2012 - Binny's welcomes Bo Barrett (Binny's, Linclon Park): Deep garnet color. Roasted thyme, red currants, plum, pine sap and black fruit notes. Full-bodied, with red currant, licorice and cherry flavors. Strong across the palate, with black fruit on the finish.
