Tuesday, June 30, 2015 - Started with a quick pop and pour at 5:30 PM, and it was simple, grapey and frankly uninspiring. Came back to it around 7 PM, and it was a different wine. The grapey elements had pulled back, and herbal, dusty, earthy elements had joined the fruit to make a much more complex and interesting wine. There is still a ton of primary fruit that makes me inclined to age the wine rather than consume much of it any time soon. Very enjoyable and a good value.
