Tuesday, November 24, 2015 - Warm, powerful, modern wine, well-crafted along the easy-to-like lines of the nowadays. Lots of sap, ultra-soft tannines, black cherry, coffee, chocolate, sweet tobacco, earl grey tea. Soft, carressing and velvety, yet containing lots of hidden power. To me this somehow feels like a 'designer-wine', composed in the cellar, very clean and safe. It therefore lacks some footprint and typicité. But hey, that's nitpicking. It's delicious!
