Wednesday, December 28, 2022 - Poured out and let it open up in the glass. Good weight, very smooth and still quite fruity despite its age. Went well with roast turkey. Followed by a 2020 Bandol rose, Pibarnon, and I preferred the Bruno. The Pibarnon was a lightweight in comparison so likely needs more time to mature. Have some later vintage Bruno in the cellar and I will not be in a rush to drink it.
