Friday, July 10, 2020 - Last bottle of a mixed case picked up at S Chablis when we visited the town in 2016, and probably the best. Riper than I expected from a 2013 and therefore nicely balanced, with some tropical fruit on the nose but no lack of salinity, citrus or minerality on the palate. Just enough tension to keep things interesting, and very drinkable.
