Thursday, December 22, 2022 - Bright ruby red, with a very faint translucent edge. Slow to present its aromatics, with hints of spice and woodsy notes at first, then opening up to become more floral. On the palate, smooth, silky, fresh, luscious, dark fruit and completely harmonious. Tasted with a Vietnamese stew Bo Ko and paired with the Abelsani, same year,, which was a bit more structured and just as compelling. What a holiday treat!
