Wednesday, March 18, 2020 - This was I'd say aggressively decanted several times by myself in celebration of my restaurant being shut down for Corona virus. Huge wine. Took several hours to become what I'd describe as Pinot like IMO. A very good wine indeed even though not in my wheelhouse.
