Monday, August 10, 2020 - Thin wine. Not corked. Not much on the palate. Some very attenuated pleasant flavors for a second on the mid palate then the wine disappears. This may have been an off bottle
8/11/2020 3:29:00 PM - We initially tossed out the possibility that it might be corked but even the person in our group who is uber sensitive to TCA didn’t detect it. It is possible.
8/11/2020 3:53:00 PM - That's what's so nefarious about low-level TCA. Even those who are very sensitive don't detect corkiness, but the damage is done by the suppression of the wine's characteristics.
