Friday, February 2, 2024 - I posted comments recently for the 2014 vintage, which you can read. The 2013 mirrors my description almost to the letter. It is another outstanding offering from L'Aventure like all their wines.The 2014 is a little more approachable and offers a slightly more enjoyable drinking experience. The '13 is spicier w/stronger tannins and has not reached it's pinnacle yet. I believe in several years it will command a 96 score from me like the '14.
