Friday, November 12, 2021 - This is drinking very nicely right now. We decanted it and let it rest for a while, but it didn't really open much. The next day it was ready. It display a great balance between the soft, almost fruit of the Grenache and the peppery nature of the Syrah. Very, very clean with a really nice mouthfeel. The nose was that of the Grenache with a red fruit sweetness. The aftertaste was modestly long.
