Saturday, September 14, 2019 - Blind tasting. Oysters, beach waves, sea shells, salt air. Really funky, cool vibe. Unfortunately, too funky/natural on the taste. Although it was served right after a beautiful Mas Doix garnacha and some bold temperanillos after it. Think this needs a few more years, but at the price ($80 on clearance in PA) will not seek this one out.
