Saturday, November 18, 2017 - Deep maroon red. Not much besides alcohol on nose. Not decanted. Needs five or ten minutes in glass. Medium bodied with hint of dark cherry, plum, spice, truffle. Smooth, deep and elegant with firming acidity and hidden tannins. Should continue drinking well for 5+ years. But easy to enjoy and appreciate right now.
