Thursday, February 12, 2015 - Vivier Tasting (North Beach Conference Room): Lots of sweet oak and alcohol on the nose and a fibrous and woodsy-flavored palate. Long bitter tail. A good though disjointed wine but not the caliber of the others in the tasting.
